Prior to joining Nithman Financial Group, Connie Mills spent 15 years in the hospitality industry honing her management and customer relations skills.
An Oklahoma Native, Connie served as the outside Event Manager at Rose State College for five years and as Manager of Catering Operations for Panera Bread for seven years.
During this time, she received many accolades for her services, including a letter of recommendation from Former Senator Jim Howell. She was featured on KFOR News 4 with former Lt. Governor Todd Lamb on catering services provided to his home and office. She also received praise from Rose State College (RSC) President Jeanie Webb, after negotiating a contract to host the annual OK State Board of Regents Christmas event on the RSC campus.
Connie strives to make everyone around her feel comfortable. This comes from her love of meeting new people, learning their stories and making connections with those around her.
She is connected to her community. In 2020, Connie planned and facilitated the annual “Share the Dough“ week at Panera Bread where sales proceeds were donated to First Responders in the Mid-Del area.
Connie is a devoted wife and mother to three children, ages 12, 11 and two. Her hobbies include: reading, visiting art galleries and museums, being outside, hiking with her family and attending sporting events.
Connie believes that "learning is a lifelong process." She strives to better herself both personally and professionally. She takes in new information, learns from it and does her best every day.
