We’re pleased to announce exciting updates to the Nithman Financial Group team. Nathan Baker will replace Christy Hanshew as Kathy’s administrative assistant.
Christy has served Kathy and NFG clients for three and a half years. She retired in August of 2022. Christy plans to come in and provide support from time to time.
Christy’s retirement goals include going to lunch with friends, traveling in a camper with her boyfriend to the East Coast, reading, and taking chair yoga from her friend who is an instructor at Mademoiselle Women's Fitness Center in Oklahoma City. We wish Christy well as she enters this new chapter in life.
Nathan Baker will be the new friendly voice you hear when calling Nithman Financial Group. Nathan will help guide our clients through scheduling appointments as well as retrieving documents and records as the need arises.
Nathan started his career in the Human Capital Management / Payroll industry, where he worked for five years. He served hundreds of clients, and always made them his top priority. There, he truly found his passion for helping others.
More recently, Nathan worked for a nonprofit organization called LEAD (Law Enforcement Against Drugs) to help prevent violence and drug abuse for adolescents.
Nathan received his Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University in Entrepreneurship in 2015. He has a minor in Marketing and Management.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with family. One of his biggest accomplishments is raising his three-year-old son, Oliver, who is the light of his life. Nathan and his girlfriend are currently working through potty training Oliver. Wish them luck! Nathan also enjoys cooking and watching movies. He is also an avid sneaker (shoe) collector.
Please help us welcome Nathan Baker to the Nithman Financial Group family.
